Hi, my name is Chris Somes and my business is Dotcom Solutions - a website design & development company.

Thought I would post a quick article about the trouble a lot of people with websites have - not being found by the search engines (Google and so on). It is all fine and good to have a great website design, but if nobody can find your website then it really isn't that great after all!

The term "SEO" arises here - standing for Search Engine Optimisation. The Best Of... is a great example of a well optimised website - look at their Google rankings! What anyone with a website needs to consider is that without satisfactory SEO, their site is never going to achieve it's full potential. A bit of SEO here and there can really drive some traffic to your website and help put you in front of people that are actively looking for your products or services.
