Following an unfortunate experience with my previous garage doors I found Paul's website via Best of Leicester Garage Doors. After my telephone call he came the following morning and we decided on the spot what was required. The doors were not a standard size so there was the innevitable delay of just over 2 weeks before installation. Thoughout this period Paul kept me fully informed of progress (Which my previous installer didn't). The installation was quick and efficient and I was very impressed all round. I found Paul pleasant and friendly and would recommend him to anyone considering fitting garage doors.

Paul's work was efficient and to a good standard. He fixed a repair (to garage door frame) and installed an electric operator on the same day as he came to view the problem. No mess, no fuss. Friendly service. Would recommend to others.

Another local firm had said that the door needed a complete replacement of the wooden frame - for £200 & with about a week's wait before the work could be done!

I phoned Paul at 9.30 AM. He actually APOLOGISED that he would probably be too busy to come until 1 PM that very day! In the event he turned up even earlier (11.25 AM) & having seen the door quoted £48 for an IMMEDIATE repair.

Within 20 mins all necessary adjustments, lubrication & minor alterations were complete & the door was working better than it has EVER done in the past 26 years! Paul also offered simple maintenance tips that would prevent similar problems developing in the future.

His service was prompt, polite, enthusiastic, energetic & obviously extremely competent. Considering the transformation he produced in less than half an hour his price for the job was exceptionally reasonable. There was simply nothing to find fault with. What more can I say?

I contacted Paul regarding fitting a power lifter to my garage door. he came the next day to provide the estimate and advice which was very useful. He even spotted that the builders had not correctly fitted a part of the garage door! Paul obviously knows his trade and was quick and efficient. I'm happy to recommend him. Paul replaced our garage door in a pre-fabricated concrete garage efficiently and professionally in less than 1/2 a day. We now have a brand new up and over door which looks and works great.
