BC has given me peace of mind, it has stopped me judging myself so harshly, in fact, it has given me the ability to sing loudly to drown out the critical voice in my head!

BC has also given me the most amazing tool to tackle any challenges in life. If I don’t know what I feel about something or how to progress, I use the sausage machine and always get the right answer! It makes me know myself and use all my strengths. You can do anything you like when you put the right ingredients in the sausage machine!

These are my observations based on what has actually happened to me since I completed the BC course.

There have been so many changes since BC…
An all expenses paid trip India, Travelling to meet with those who matter to me, Ending an un-fulfilling long term relationship peacefully and kindly.
These are some of the outside “events”, on the inner plane…
I feel more self-assured, speak from a place of greater clarity and dare to state and go for what I want. Basically the most important thing is that I simply value me more and know that I am the one who makes the difference in my life. That life is for the living to the full and that the fears that held me in check are losing their hold.
