AFS (1993) Ltd are based locally in Leicester and have been established since 2000 supplying and installing the Amerex Kitchen and Vehicle Fire Suppression Systems and the Ansul R102 Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems.

Kitchen Systems
Fires involving cooking materials such as grease, fat and oils have for a long time been the cause of fires in kitchens causing property loss, injury and even death. Fire prevention in this area is extremely important and AFS (1993) Ltd are one of the leading installers of both the Amerex Fire Ltd product Kitchen Fire Suppression System and the Ansul R102 Kitchen Fire Suppression System certified by both manufacturers to install to the LPCB approved standard. LPS1223
There are currently only two manufacturers which are approved to this standard, Ansul and Amerex. AFS (1993) Ltd in Leicester is one of the few companies who are qualified to install both the Amerex Wet Chemical Systems and the Ansul R102 System to the LPS1223 standard.
Vehicle Systems
Fire prevention systems can be installed in vehicles from the smallest forklifts to the largest excavators. AFS (1993) Ltd is the sole agent of the Amerex Vehicle Dry Powder System in the UK.
