We needed extra space as we had a baby on the way and the house just wasn't big enough any way.We were on a tight budget and needed a lot for our money but wanted to be sure we got a good builder.We asked friends and family as you do and one name kept popping up 2B Constructive, after speaking to Steve we realised we were in safe hands.His vision and ideas matched our own and there were several places where he saved us thousands on the extension by suggesting alterantive ways to have things.One of the best features was the underfloor heating which is very efficient and we don't loose any wall space to radiators. The workmen were fun without being over familiar and they always respected our space and left the job as tidy and clean as possible every day.We have gained an extra bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet, opened up our kitchen to more than double it's original size and have a fantastic dining room that opens onto decking into the garden.Thank you so much for making our dreams come true.Definitely one of the best builders we know and would recommend them to anyone having building work done.
We were ready to move! The kitchen floor was in a mess and we needed to open up the space from the kitchen to the Sun-lounge, this was far too much for us to get our heads around. The floor downstairs, from the hall leading through to the kitchen and then to the Sun Lounge, needed to be replaced badly. Having contacted Steve to sort our problems out, we have not looked back. Everything looks super, just as we had planned. Steve came along and sorted us out- his team of professional’s craftsmen soon got on with their jobs. It is really important to mention here that all your members of staff have made it their duty to make the customer feel important. You have kept an eye on all aspects of professionalism that would put others to shame. We have no hesitations recommending you to our family and friends; we are just delighted to have such a quality building work done at this time- We have saved thousands of pounds by not moving house!
