I've been using the gym and cardio room at Future Fitness for several years now. The equipment meets my needs and Jackie is always looking to make improvements. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, this makes the gym much more appealing on those days when you lack motivation!

I'd recommend the gym to anybody, no matter what your aims are.

I have been a member of Future Fitness for a number of years now. I originally joined Easytone Chairs to help gain greater mobility particularly in my right shoulder. I have greatly benefited from this to such an extent that I also joined the "traditional" gym and use the cardio and weights equipment.
Jackie and her staff, ( Wendy, Paul and Jenny) are very welcoming and always greet you by name thus creating a friendly atmosphere within the gym. They are very supportive and encouraging with one's efforts.

Jackie has introduced different equipment to help people of all shapes,sizes and abilities to improve their well-being, thus making the gym available to many people, one of whom is me!
