CHASE hospice care for children provides care and support to families who all have one thing in common - a child who will not live to reach adulthood because of their medical conditions.

CHASE hospice care for children provides nursing, practical and emotional support to families with children and young people who are not expected to reach their 19th birthday.
The charitable organisation provides a network of care and support in homes and local communities through their award winning Community Care Team and at Christopher's, their children's hospice. This vital service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days at no cost to families with life-limited children throughout Leatherhead, Surrey, Sussex and South West London.
CHASE enables these children and their families to live as full lives as possible, creating special memories and ensuring that every single day counts.
The journey families share with CHASE continues from diagnosis of the child's condition through to bereavement and beyond. It is a relationship that can last for many years and without which many families would find it impossible to cope.
A child's time may be limited but their life should not be.
The charitable organisation's service costs £4 million each year to sustain and relies almost totally on charitable donations.
CHASE depends on support from companies around the Leatherhead, Surrey, Sussex and South West London areas to continue providing their vital service to life-limited children and their families.
