We used Squab storage to keep our stuff safe while we had our house rewired and a new heating system installed. Squab were friendly and helpful when we were looking around and when we came to get it all set up. We had no problems moving our stuff into storage (we did it ourselves - which took a few trips!) and during the three weeks it was there we could visit it any time we realised we'd packed something we needed. When we finally moved our stuff out of storage, Squab were quick to return our deposit. I would definitely use them again - although next time I think I'll be paying them to move the furniture for me!

In my business capacity, everyday I am encountering businesses and people operating in differing ways and with a range of perceptions over what customer service entails. May I assure you that Squab Removals was represented by these three individuals working as a 'team' in what was not a straightforward operation in a thoroughly professional and pleasant manner.
