I am the first person to complain if suppliers dont come up to scratch - but I have to say how impressed I was by the level of service that I received from Sprys on Saturday.

I turned up in scruffy mode with a filthy fiesta which needed a new oil cap. The chap who served me not only fitted it for me but also picked up on my comment that my d/s door lock wasnt working properly - he came back out with a can of special spray and some oil and managed to get it working in no time.

He was very pleasant and didnt hang around long enough for a tip - Next time I am looking for a Ford I know where I shall go first - to Sprys !!.

I had been looking to buy a new or used car for sometime and had visited a few dealers, mostly in Plymouth, but once I had visited Sprys of Launceston, the level of service and detail to attention to make my decision the right one for me , and not just a sales target, was very evident.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a used or new car and would like to thank both Richard and Phil for there help in making this purchase both easy and stress free.

Went a long to the launch of the all new Ford Fiesta on Friday the 10th October what a fantastic team they have there, i was greeted first by Richard there new Sales manager and by Phil the Director of Spryʼs and then asked if i would like to leave my details to be entered in to a prize draw later that night after i had been shown around the new car and had a bite to eat, it was such a refreshing experience to go to a dealership have yourself professionally looked after and treated like you ment something to them, not a lot of places can hold there hands up to that levlel of commitment or professionalism. Well done Sprys.
