We have used Gateway tiles several times over the last ten years, and always been pleased with the service and the results. Now there is a rating site and we have just purchased some lovely ceramic floor tiles for our hallway, we are very pleased we can tell Launceston people how good we think they are. Service is excellent and lots of help and technical advice offered. At no time were we pressured into spending more than we planned but actually were very pleased with the price. Storage until we needed them was free, and at all levels, this was a good experience and the hall of our Bed and Breakfast looks fabulous! many thanks

Over the 2 years it has taken to complete our building project staff at Gateway have been unfailingly helpful and patient. I have made numerous visits, and have had the usual building delays and frustrations, they have always been welcoming and supportive. The range is excellent and different which made choosing challenging on occaison, but advice was always to the point and honest. The tiles arrived on time, they recommended an excellent tiler, who also always turned up when he said he would and the finished project is wonderful. Thank you to all the staff at Gateway,

Gateway staff have been truely fantastic. We have just completed a very large project and purchased all our bathroom and cloakroom equipment from them. They were unfailingly patient, helpful and understanding. My bathrooms are fabulous and everyone who has visited has commented on the quality of the equipment as well as the style.
