The staff are great. They make clients feel welcome, whatever age or gender! I'm over 60 and sometimes feel invisible, but not here. The girls are always ready to advise, but do listen to what you want done to your hair.
From the shampooist to the stylists they are pleasant, they make the whole experience pleasant.
