I have had a lot of difficulty recently following a business venture and a dispute with my partner. As a result I have also had cause to doubt the accountant that I had previously used. I was looking to set up a new company and was put in touch with Phil Tarbun via my solicitor. When I met with him he told me how long it would take to set up the company and explained the process. On top of this he also discussed with me the different ways I could run my business, including how to structure the company and future employees when I am able to expand. Phil has explained to me the details behind becoming VAT registered and offered to show me how to best keep my books . Phil is not only professional but is also genuinely friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else who is in need of an accountant.
