I just wanted to say thank you for the great service you provided with regards to my car.

I brought my car to T.M. Noble for a service and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of communication involved throughout.

If anything needed replacing or fixing then I eas called for approval in all cases before any work was undertaken, so at the end of the service there weren't any hidden or unexpected costs.

I was also provided with a courtesy car, which insured I was kept on the road, and able to attend photo shoots I would otherwise have had to cancel.

A few days after picking up my car my fuel line decided to rupture and I broke down. I managed to get my car back to T.M. Noble and they swiftly fixed it at no charge.

My overall experience in dealing with T.M. Noble was pleasant and most of all jargon free so I knew what was happening with my car at all times.

I would have no hesitation in recommending T.M. Noble to all my family and friends.

I would like to thank Tony for the service he has provided me at such short notice. As I'm not the brightest spark when it comes to issues with my car, when my ABS light kept turning on and off for weeks and weeks for no reason I knew I needed help.

However in the past, due to the long hours I work I've always found it difficult to arrange to fit my car into a garage to get it fixed.on this occasion I spoke to Tony and explained my problem. Without evcen asking he suggested he pick up my car the following day, even though the next day I was working a long day, he even offered me a courtesy car if needed so that my day wouldn't be disrupted.

He very quickly identified the problem and creturned my car to me the same day. Within a couple of days the part had arrived and again Tony offered to collect my car from work and returned it the same day with a new ABS sensor fitted.

And to top it all the price was very reasonable.

I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone!

Have used this garage 3 times now, one for an electical fault, then for a service and yesterday 22/02/2012 for some remedial work. Have a Ford Mondeo, I took it for, and it failed, its M.O.T. Mr Noble contracted to do the remedial work, using Genuine parts as always instructed. The work was carried out with no fuss, I was even given a car to use for the day free of charge. The bill at the end of the job was very competitive. Nice to find an honest, and reliable source to look after the car.

They really looked after us when our car developed a serious problem with its rear brakes. Unlike a main dealer they did not just sell us vastly overpriced parts and labour, but replaced discs and pads for both rear wheels (not just the damaged one) and rebuilt the calliper - all at half the price of the main dealer (for fixing just the one wheel!). All work was explained in plain English and even our children were made a fuss of and given lollypops from the 'secret cupboard'.

A very personal service at sensible prices. Would recommend to all!
