On Wednesday 15th February I made an enquiry with Denise of Mains Business Equipment for a thermal binder having seen the quality of the one sold to Adam Robinson of Damson.

Before the morniong was over, the same day, Denise had called me back with a quote and explained to me the details of the binder.

I placed my order and before I knew it, I had an emauil from Mains saying that the binder had arrived in store and would I like it delivering.

After using the binder on a number of occasions now, I can confirm it is exactly what I required and has seriously my appearance of oprofessionalism when putting forward a proposal of works.

My printer broke!

Mains Business Equipment were able to source the spare part and also offered advice as to the most cost effective solution.

I followed their advice and ordered a new printer. This was on Tuesday and Mains tried to deliver it the next day - in less than 24 hours. Delivery was free.

I needed to ring their customer sales team when registering the printer and found their sdtaff helpful and efficient.

Picture the scene - 10 past 5 at night, you're halfway through printing a 500 letter mail merge and then....the toner runs out and you have no spare!
