When my wife and I completed the purchase of our Victorian cottage in Levens our survey highlighted considerable remedial work. Our surveyor recommended Harry Armistead. We were impressed by Harry's willingness to meet us when we were able to visit our cottage and keep us informed of the work in progress by regular phone calls and emails which included numerous attached photographs. The initial work included dealing with a significant damp problem and replacing much of the roof.

Harry was awaree that we were bringing in a relative, who is a builder, to complete interior work which included plumbing, tiling and replacement of the kitchen worktops. When our builder was incapacitated we had no hesitation in contacting Armisteads to ask if they were willing to complete the work.

We have always found the team to be efficient, tidy and approachable, always seeming to take a genuine interest in our plans for the cottage. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
