Key to longevity of business -is it just luck or very hard work ?? Having been in business for 30 years I sometimes wonder how in these difficult times we have managed to remain successful at Techno Type I think it is because of several factors . I call it the 3 c's. Customers Cost Change Looking after your customers needs Watching the costs and controlling them. Managing change in customers requirements and market forces and indeed technology. These three things together with good staff I feel have been the main factors that have made us successful.
