I would definitely recommend Matt after recently having our house re-carpeted by his team. He was very well informed on the questions I had and we very much appreciated him coming out at night to meet and decide on the carpet after the initial quote. His prices are also very competitive and when a few minor issues came up once the carpet was laid, he came out himself to help resolve them and the result looks terrific.

The Prestige Flooring Company carpet fitters arrived on time, were very polite, nice lads and they did a great job. In fact it made me realise how badly my last carpet had been fitted! They also mentioned that I would benefit from having the bottom of the main bedroom door shaved as my old carpet always caught on the door and left a dark mark where the door was constantly dragging over it. They shaved the door and now the door opens and closes freely and I won’t get a nasty mark on my nice new carpet. They were tidy and efficient - I would definitely use them again.

Matt Francis offers a premium service at middle of the range price, and he really delivers. I have had 2 floors fitted, in both cases the fitters were fast, accurate, neat and obviously cared about the end result. Most impressive of all Matt sorted out a minor problem without fuss even though he was on his honeymoon in Thailand at the time!

I recently went on hols and came back to a beautiful, perfectly fitted solid oak floor in my bedroom. From the minute I saw it I was in love. Obviously, I had had to empty the room for the floor to be laid and now very little has gone back in – the floor is so stunning everything else needs upgrading now to match! Matt did a splendid job for us - his fitters laid a solid oak floor in two large rooms well within two days, and even coped with the fact that we couldn’t move the heavy furniture out. The floors look absolutely superb and the price was very reasonable indeed.
