My absolutely favorite restaurant in Surbiton! I just love the charming manager that receives me and my boyfriend with kisses and hand shakes. And the food... Mamma mia! It is delicious and so well presented. If this is not enough, everytime we finish our meal, we get one or sometimes, 2 shots of Amaretto, compliments of the house.

The new decor is great, the food was fantastic (I'd recommend both the spicy Italian sausage and smoked mozzarella starters!!) and the service both attentive and charming. The best and possibly most surprising bit, given the current climate, was that it was packed. Not unpleasant packed, just happy, bubbly, busy packed. Suffice to say, I'd highly recommend popping along for a little, reasonably priced recession respite.
