Seamus is an extremely experienced, sensitive and gifted teacher who understood my needs instinctively. He was interested in my work-related problems and able to suggest solutions to all of them – including customising my new joystick mouse and transferring (Dragon) commands for my new screen-writing program – all above the course of duty. Overall, the experience was FUN which prompted me to do lots of homework between sessions and even learn touch typing (using a free online touch typing tutor program). Seamus gave me his own, fantastic, customised notes which I am now aiming to absorb as my new bible. He also explained things step by step which even a non-techno whizz like myself could take on board. I have seen the light re delivering professional writing work, be it lecturing notes or scripts, via Dragon. Amazing. I never thought this could be possible, nor that I would be able to use my script writing program so easily. Thank you BIGTIME!! If the purpose of teaching is to imbue your pupils with confidence, this you have achieved many times over. As a confirmed wordsmith, I never thought I could enjoy technology so much!
Meeting Seamus was a very enjoyable experience. From the moment we met he was very polite, courteous and friendly. He was a very good listener and was able to identify equipment that will not only increase my work output but will also make it more comfortable for me to achieve this. He was compassionate, understanding and was able to see me as a person instead of my disability.
Seamus was friendly, patient and highly focused on using the training time to develop my use of the Dragon software to the best of my ability. He helped to create an atmosphere in which I was able to learn at a fast pace, but without being rushed. The training was excellent, and I thought Seamus was able to adapt his approach to the wide range of tasks which I perform using Dragon in my job. He was able to spot areas where I could benefit, and suggest improvements to my use of the programme in a very supportive way. I have developed a faster and more efficient use of the software, and good habits which will help me for a long time to come. I would definitely recommend Seamus as a trainer - his positive and patient approach, first class knowledge of the software, and friendly personality suggest to me that anybody who engages him will have a very successful training experience.

I found having a personal trainer who could take me through the software in a logical fashion as well as answer on the spot queries, invaluable and probably essential.
