We hired Mark to design and build our kitchen/diner with fantastic results but have known Mark for considerable time as he is also a client of ours. Not really knowing what we wanted for the kitchen, we just gave Mark the dimensions and he came up with a plan that really impressed us. It was a different layout than the usual standard and after mentioning we had back problems etc he suggested a tall diamond shape corner sink which suited us perfectly and was a talking point! The best endorsement for Mark's work is that we recently sold that house and every couple viewing the house were smitten with the kitchen. I think the couple that bought made their decision on seeing the kitchen, long before they'd seen the rest of the house. Mark is a determined character but his passion for the people he works for and with, as well as his friends and family, is always evident. A person who has the motivation for himself but also for those around him mean that his work is always outstanding.

We knew that we wanted to enlarge the kitchen, change the utility, move the dining room, create a hallway, and refurbish a bathroom, but did not know how to achieve it. The prospect of co-ordinating several craftsmen and firms was daunting until North Norfolk Interiors was recommended to us.

After a visit from Mark, we were happy that he could manage the whole project for us, and that is exactly what he did.

We agreed a plan and design, beyond what we could envisage thanks to Mark’s imagination, with slight amendments to fit within our budget. “If you can achieve that, let’s get started.” was our response.

Of course, as work commenced there were changes, but we were given cost implications and choices so that we always knew our commitment.

Mark’s team were excellent, good craftsmen, tidying up after work, and nothing was impossible for them. They worked around us, and always ensured that they left us with power and water overnight or for the weekend.

Result – what we wanted (better than expected) in budget and on time. Only one thing was not successful – when we did not take Mark’s advice and insisted doing it our way.

Having seen work carried out by North Norfolk Bathrooms previously, we had no hesitation in approaching the company when we wanted our bathroom remodelled and replaced recently.

The process or redesigning was done thoroughly and imaginatively in line with our specifications, including suggestions on making the best of available space.A computerised plan helped us to visualise the future layout and a fully itemised costing made the final choices so much easier.

The installation was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. We could not be happier with the finished look.

We run a busy guest house in Kings Lynn. When we took on the business, the en suite bathrooms were ‘tired’ as the hotel inspector would say.
