I needed a new washing machine. I got honest / helpful advice and time was taken to make sure I made the right decision with no pressure to buy. There was a good deal on the price and delivery / installation and recycling was free. I ordered one day and the machine was delivered the next day at a time convenient for me and not in a dreaded time slot when you never know what time the delivery is taking place and most of your day has gone and it is inconvenient. The delivery was on time,one of the installers was the gentleman who had helped me make my decision in the shop so the continuity of service was exceptional. The machine was installed quickly / efficiently / to my satisfaction and I was shown how it operated. All questions were answered with knowledge / politely and any further issues would be treated in the same way, good after sales service. I did not have to pay until delivery and with a cheque, hurray. Score 10/10. Did not receive any of this service / value at market leader store !!!!!!

Knowing little about digital TV and having shopped with Cooper & Elms for many years, they provided an elerly couple with all the advice and help we needed to make the switch. We have now learnt how to turn on the new gadgets and it will take time to use all the added features. Pity there is so little that we feel we need to watch but that's not C&E's fault !
