Introduction to the Countryside - the Wyre
Forest and Surrounding Area

A FREE one day training course introducing you to your local countryside:
Discover local green spaces
Understand basic maps and trails
Find out where to get information from
Consider what you might see
Learn what goes on in the Countryside and who manages it
Know what your rights and responsibilities are and the Countryside Code
Discuss what to wear and take with you
The course is suitable for adults who are keen to go out and enjoy the countryside
but need a helping hand to make the first step.
The course will start at 9.30am (tea and coffee from 9.15am) and finish at 4.30pm.
Lunch and light refreshments are provided.
Course confirmations will detail the day.
