I am well impressed with Matt from No 1 Contractor. I asked him to visit a property where the tenant had complained of a leaking pipe. Matt quickly visited the house and repaired the drip which was caused by a cistern fault and the tenant was happy with the service. However, the amazing part of this story is the way that Matt looked after me as a customer. He could have said I needed a whole new cistern and I wouldn’t have known any different. Instead, he only changed the failing washers and, as a result, my bill was much, much less than it could have been (thanks Matt!) I very much recommend the work of Matt at No 1 Contractor – he is extremely ethical.

I would highly recommend Matthew and his services. He has regularly cleaned our windows to a high standard. He also decorated our dining room again to an excellent standard.
