Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the art of creating positive change by understanding your present conditioning based upon three things:
Neuro - the nervous system through which experience is received and passed through the five senses.
Linguistic - language and non-verbal communication systems through which neural representations are coded, ordered and given meaning
Programming - the ability to organise our communication and neurological systems to achieve specific desired goals and results.
One of the major uses of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming )is the cure of phobias. There are only 2 natural fears: the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises. All the other phobias are learned behaviour. With NLP it is possible to 'unlearn' these behaviours.
PHOBIA'S AND PHOBIA CURES:
Many clients from Kettering come to me wanting to be cured of their 'phobia'.
