- If you leave the rental property before the end of the fixed term, you will be required to pay the rent etc until any new Tenant is in occupation. If you leave under these circumstances, you will be charged a rearrangement fee of £100. This will be deducted from your deposit.
You are required to have valid insurance to cover you and your Landlord's contents, fixtures and fittings. This can be arranged for you.

In single occupancy of a self contained property, where the rent is in excess of the Local Room Rate allowed for by Housing Benefit
You will be required to have Rental Payment Protection Plan. We can arrange this cover for you.
To terminate the tenancy, you must give us at minimum one months notice in writing, which must expire on the last day of the rental period.
