An absolutely wonderful place. It's like having a huge extension on your house just for storage. it's convenient, clean, safe, secure and the staff are great. Graham is a star! Soooo helpful. I was not familiar with this type of facility but since using it it's been marvellous, especially as one can access 24/7 and have more than one storage unit in isolation. Great place and great service. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks.

I have used Kettering self storage for nearly 5 years now and they have been incredible. The team cannot do enough for you to help and the 24-hour access is a very convenient. I would highly recommend them. I had previously used other companies before and there really is no comparison.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great location, super clean units, easy to access 24/7. Just remember to take your phone out of your unit before you shut the door as it locks immediately and you need the app on your phone for access! Managed to lock my phone in my unit on a Saturday evening…. Fortunately, my son was with me, so using his phone we called the out of hours number and the helpful member of staff advised my son to download the app and use my login details - which I could remember as it wasn’t an auto generated password.

Great self store unit with good deals to be had for signing up to a 12 month contract. From small units for a few items to large furniture spaces for those who need that little extra. Would recommend

It`s like having another room to put all that stuff you want to get to only once in a while for about quarter the price of renting an extra room.
It could be cheaper though maybe?
A more economic plan (perhaps without 24 hour access or something) should be available to us on a low income, living in Bedsits (which is becoming more popular these days).

Graham was extremely helpful from the outset, answering my initial enquiry promptly and subsequent follow up questions by return. The storage unit is accessible and feels very safe and secure. I would definitely use this facility again if needed as it is conveniently located and a good price.

I needed somewhere to store some items urgently as my garage where it was stored was damaged. I contacted self store and they gave me a quote straight away. I had the storage for more than a year with them and throughout all that time I was kept up to date with plenty of notice of price increases (which were very low) or work that needed to be done or any other updates. Very clean and secure. Straight forward, honest, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again when needed

When I needed somewhere to store my household belongings I got a quote from this place and they were so helpful. Gave me a tour and showed me how to use the app. The staff are really friendly and offer help. Natalie was extremely helpful right from my first phone call enquiring about availability and size of units. The process to set up the agreement was very easy with electronic forms and after vacating the unit the team were very fast in organising the credit to my account.

Excellent, They really looked after me. When I first arranged my storage I managed to pick wrong size. They where there to reallocate to another store. They sorted out access with ease 24hrs. All my furniture stored with maximum security. Removal day exactly the same perfect. Recognised that the movement in and out of door will take a long time. They disabled main door which keeps going down to allow the removal men easy access. I would recommend to anyone who want safe storage with full access. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. I would like to say Thank you to all the staff at Kettering Stores.
