We had our kitchen fitted by IKD, and are very pleased with it.

The old kitchen was efficiently manouvered (with the minimum of mess) and the old stuff taken away. The skilled fitters were pleasant, well-mannered and cleared up each day as far as possible. There was no smoking, no tramping through the house, and a radio so quiet I hardly knew it was there.

Although not the dearest, the units are of a good standard and have been meticulously fitted. From the start IKD has listened to what we wanted and has provided it with no hard sell or hidden extras.

"Ian was recommended to us by a friend to undertake a total replacement of our kitchen on a renovation project. His initial approach to us was extremely professional yet very personable, and he made numerous suggestions as to the design taking our preferences into full account.

Having got estimates from a number of 'national' companies I expected a bespoke solution to be much more expensive. However IKD was extremely competative and the product was of a very high standard. Being customised by a professional carpenter meant that all the units and appliances fitted into the available space beautifully.

I have NEVER come across such a meticulous, consistent and tidy worker as Ian - at the end of each day every scrap of wood, shavings and materials was tidied and the workspace left immaculate - he even washed down the floors on more than one occasion. The work was carried out in a timely fashion and everything finished to the highest standards. Ian himself is a very likeable person who built a great relationship with us, but is not at all a pushy type - just quietly gets on with the job in hand. I didn't think customer services like this still existed! You HAVE to give them a go - the quote they gave was fantastic & I got a 3D CAD picture of what my kitchen's going to look like too. All the other companies were too pushy and didn't know what they were talking about, but Ian really does.

I have been wandering around my new kitchen and I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with your work, you really are the best. Bryan recommended me to you in such glowing terms I thought it was impossible for you to live up to what he'd said about you, but it's all true.

How you have designed such a beautiful kitchen in such an awkward shaped - and unsquare!!! - room I'll never know. And you were right, the magic corner has made all the difference, I don't get lost in the back of the cupboard anymore. lol [laugh out loud]

Your workmanship and reliability is second to none - you're actually there when you say you're going to be there and the cleaning up after yourselves every day was wonderful - thanks for that mate.
