How polite the staff are. They were very happy to organise a courtesy car for my use on the day . i was shown the courtesy car and the use of the instruments and asked to walk around the car for an inspection .
'Non pushy' approach of sales staff . Honesty & professionalism . Allowed to test drive without sales person . Sales person provided updates regarding progress of order as promised at start .
Staff called to explain what work was required and explained the problems really well . Loan cars are always clean and fuelled . You could not tell the car had been taken to bits .
I DOUBT IF YOU COULD FIND A BETTER SALES TEAM OR SERVICE AND GARAGE DEPT. TO DATE I HAVE PURCHASED 3 SUZUKI VEHICLES FROM THE CO-OP GARAGE. THEY DESERVE SOME RECOGNITION .

Accommodated the time & date to suit my diary 100% . They were expecting me and had my service sheet to hand so absolutely not delay in booking in . Asked in any faults with the vehicle (None) and showed checklist and confirmed nothing undue found at collection . Vehicle was ready as I arrived with no waiting . Suzucki swift is excellent value for money so good my son has purchased one and his in-laws have also. I previously had Mercedes and quite honestly the SZ4 is almost as good but half price!!!. Servicing is hopefully always going to be minimal as the vehicle is built well.
