Anticipation grows as Kettering prepares to hold one of 10 cycle races in the country as part of the Halfords Tour Series.
Around 10,000 people are expected in Kettering for the race on Thursday, June 10, local businesses are preparing for the event.
The event will be filmed for ITV4.
The event starts at midday, with loads of activities planned to take place in Kettering town centre.
Local cyclists can ride around the 1.5km circuit, which starts and finishes at the Market Place, before the main races get under way at 7pm.
Shops in the town will be holding special events to mark the occasion and businesses are already planning races against each other.
World, Olympic, Commonwealth and British champions have taken part in the elite races.
The circuit will follow a route along High Street on to Gold Street, Silver Street, Dalkeith Place, London Road, Bowling Green Road and Sheep Street. There are plans for a big screen in Market Place.
