Alec Russell ,Stephen Robinson and Colin Freeman will be talking about Africa's past ,present and future.

They will tackle the topics of aid,debt and poverty in what promises to be a fascinating debate.

Colin Freeman,Chief Foreign Correspondent of the Sunday Telegraph who was kidnapped in Somalia last year will be replacing Dambisa Moyo who is unable to take part in this event.
