Feb up with existing provider, checked out the options and selected Sure as my new mobile network, found the staff in the King Street shop to be helpful and to know what they were talking about and they had a Plan that worked well for me.

I’d just like to point out what excellent service I received both yesterday and today (16/3/11) from one of your staff in the store in King Street.
As a sales manager myself I realise how important this is and the man who served me Abz Hussain was so helpful and friendly it made the experience a total pleasure. Not only did he answer any questions that I had , he pre empted my other needs and requirements which was so professional.
So I asked for an address to email so that I could take the opportunity to point this out.

It's good to get an opportunity to sing these guy's praises. I recently went to have a look in their shop for a new mobile, I was shopping around but as usual I was going to stay with the same telephone company I have been with for 13 years, almost better the devil you know attitude. I was greeted right from entering the shop and asked if they could be of any assistance, not pushy in the slightest.When I had a question to ask they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Not only did I purchase my new phone from them but I also changed my contract over to them. My husband has since purchased a new phone from them and changed over his contract too.It makes such a nice change to get good service as more and more I, like alot of others are choosing the internet to do their shopping and alot of the reason is because of bad service. I am not sure whether 'Sure' uses a training module for their staff but whatever their doing it works and very well at that.
