Thank you for organising my mother's funeral. You were given a fairly free hand with the arrangements and everyone I have spoken to since said they would have been very much to my mother's liking. The coffin was very much admired. We all thought that you walking in front of the hearse was very respectful and greatly added to the ceremony of the occasion.
