The friendly, multi lingual, staff at the Jersey Tourism, tourist information centre are committed to providing visitors to Jersey with the information and guidance they may need in order to enjoy their stay in the island
Situated in a new purpose built building adjacent to the new bus terminal in St.Helier Jersey Tourismâs Tourist Information Centre is staffed by a core team of five experienced Information & Reservations Officers who are available throughout the year to assist you in any enquiry you may have. In order to offer a friendly and comprehensive service, the team grows by approximately 10 Information Officers during the busier months, to ensure that they can quickly and effectively deal with your questions and requests for information.
The Jersey Tourist Information Centre offers you the ability to conduct island-wide searches for accommodation, a reservation service that is free to all. Jersey Tourismâs staff are responsible for assisting you, the visitor, in your exploration of the Island. Jersey Tourism aim to deliver a high standard of customer service to make the time you spend in Jersey a memorable experience.
