Popped into Fotosound last week to look for a new small Sony TV for our kitchen. Spoke with Paul who advised that Sony did not make 19" TV's, which was the size we needed. However he suggested a Linsar TV as a good quality TV that could be suitable. The price was very competitive so we bought. Very pleased, easy to set up, great picture and well specified - just the job, well done Paul and Fotosound. Why buy over the internet when you can get great service and attractive prices locally??

I was not sure what to get my husband for Christmas but thought that a new camera was idea. I have shopped at Fotosound before and thought I would see what they had to offer. This why I perfer to buy locally as you can touch and feel the item you are thinking of buying and get some good face to face advice. I am very happy with the camera I bought and having checked I am pleased to see that it is a similar price to that offered on line.

After purchasing some hi fi equipment recently from Fotosound, it was apparant one of the speakers had a manufacturing fault. On returning the item to the shop, they immediately arranged a replacement which had to be shipped across from the UK. Within 3 days I had a call confirming the new replacement item was at the shop and ready for collection. Problem solved - and all done in a positive, friendly and proactive manner - well done to Danny in particular!

Went into Fotosound today, looking into buying a television, I am not a very technical minded when it comes to electronics and televisions, so it was a real pleasure to have an individual such as Lukasz to help and assist, I found him to be very helpful not to mention experience in his field of work, he showed all the pros and cons showing no favoritism and just giving his honest opinion which is a refreshing change of sales person whose only interest is getting their commission, so well done to Fotosound with all there great deals and a special well done to Lukasz for his fantastic customer care.
