Another busy month at thebestof and July was no exception.
We had our second networking event in collaboration with our neighbours in Camden and Westminster and this time it was the turn of thebestof Camden to be the hosts.
The big day was on Thursday 9th July and the event took place at The Mezza Express Restaurant in 47 The Parkway, Camden, NW1 7PN. This is an excellent Lebanese Restaurant just a short walk away from Camden Tube and Regents Park. They served up an excellent buffet to keep our 50+ guests happy.
The event had a great speaker in Clive Hyman and was co-hosted and organised by Marc Gold of Key Connectors - specialising in networking for businesses.
Many business cards were exchanged and wine imbibed and we at thebestof islington came away with loads of contacts. A pleasant and eventful evening by all accounts!
We even had a film crew from Promotional Videos London to record the event and get the views of local business people of the many benefits of membership of thebestof for a business.
We will upload the video very soon - maybe even on Youtube! - and would recommend attending the next one in October in our own patch in islington. Look out for more details re venue etc soon.
