Our new World Class Chef, Easow Varughese has trained at the famous Taj Hotel in Bombay following
which he worked at some of the top hotels in the world including hotels in Bahrain, Dubai, Muscat in Oman,
India and the Glasgow Hilton.
With over 20 years experience in International Cuisine, Easow uses only the finest ingredients and his natural,
creative and innovative style of cooking has shaped our first class menu into a firm favourite with both locals and regional customers.
And he will prepare any meal that is not on the menu.
Our Bar has 3D Television one of the few places in Irvine offering this service, we also have Poker Nights, Karaoke Nights, Darts and Pool
