Charlotte is a natural. I take my cocker spaniel puppy to her regularly and he is always happy to go to her so I know he loves it, not only that he comes back looking great. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and I have recommended Charlotte to everyone I know that has a dog. Keep up the good work

Charlotte was a lovely girl and instantly put us at ease for leaving our puppy Lola with her, when we picked Lola up she looked beautiful and really clean. She was very happy too which I think showed she must have enjoyed her pampering, see you again soon Charlotte.

I have a Golden Retriever who is very reluctant to be bathed. But he took instantly to Charlotte and looked lovely once finished. His coat was fluffy, glossy and he smelled gorgeous (for once). I would highly recommend her and will be taking Jensen back again.

I have a highly strung elderly spaniel cross, and he has had several different grooming sessions, and it has always been "the best I could do in the circumstances" that has ended the sessions. Charlotte not only completed all his grooming, he was also stress free.He will return to Charlotte when needed,and would recommend her highly to anyone.

I was very pleased with the wash and cut that charlotte gave my yorkie, Max. He looked lovely and smelt nice and his coat was very glossy. Very pleased and I'll definately be taking him back soon.
