After having a new kitchen put in I contacted Brian at West End Carpets to discuss the flooring. He booked an appointment and arrived on time. I knew the look and colour that I was after and throught I knew the type of flooring that I wanted but after several questoins from Brian on the wear and tear of the flooring (especialy with boys with football boots runniing in and out) he recommended somethng that I had not considered. His fitters arrived and I must admit their work was superb. They were extremely tidy and laid the floor to perfection. Not only that on the second day the weather changed for the worse and they even got my washing in (now that it what I call customer service!!) . I wholeheartedly would recommend West End Carpets right from the consultation to the installation and quality of the flooring. Thank you so much for making my kitchen look fantastic.
