I recently purchased a new mattress and I was also in need of some new slats for an old pine bed. The person that dealt with me was Yvette and I have to say her customers service skills were exemplary, she went above and beyond what I had expected. I was supplied with a fantastic and extremely comfortable new mattress which was delivered the very next day on what was probably the worst day of the year weather wise, somehow The Bed Factory still managed their deliveries.
