I recently purchased a new mattress and I was also in need of some new slats for an old pine bed. The person that dealt with me was Yvette and I have to say her customers service skills were exemplary, she went above and beyond what I had expected. I was supplied with a fantastic and extremely comfortable new mattress which was delivered the very next day on what was probably the worst day of the year weather wise, somehow The Bed Factory still managed their deliveries. I was also supplied with slats to fix my old bed. Thank you The Bed Factory good old traditional values and excellent customer service would confidently recommend a great local company.

As a first-time customer, I was delighted by the degree of service shown by Peter Barnes and his team. From my first visit to Bermuda Road, I was impressed by their courtesy, the time taken to explain the technical aspects of mattresses (it is amazing how much there is to learn about these seemingly simple items), and the post-delivery work in assembling the bed in situ.
