Its a great venue for meeting my clients and having a coffee and there food is delisious and the Staff are very friendly and attentive. I have also stayed the night and was very nice!
the staff were fantastic. the hotel was very clean. the room was excellent. the hotel is near the station so not far to walk. had a fab weekend will be going there again. would recommend to all friends and family. if you are visting ipswich and are staying there stay at this hotel you will not regret it.

I have attended several events at the Ramada Encore including their Robbie William and Clairvoyant evening, I had a great time. The hotel is so clean,bright and modern with a relaxed atmosphere. I recently visited the hotel for a family meal and the food is the best I have tried for a hotel restaurant, we had the Jimmys Farm Sausages and Mash which was delicious. One thing that stood out for me with this hotel is the friendly staff from the time you walk in until the time you leave. I have not stayed the night as I live locally so I cannot comment on the rooms but if the rest of the hotel is anything to go buy I am sure they are an equally high standard.
The Ramada is a modern hotel with all of the comforts that you would expect, but it stands out for it's excellent, friendly and warm staff. It has a relaxing atmosphere and the location is great! Definitely recommend for quality, value & enjoyability. :-))

In my opinion they have the best team of staff in any hotel in Ipswich, by a county mile. The management are super friendly and also visually front of house dealing with guests and making there visit / stay a brilliant experience.
A modern clean hotel staffed by people who care about their guests. When things go wrong (rare) they do their utmost to put things right.As a person with a lot of food allergies & intolerances I found them very understanding and willing to adapt meals, double checking that things were okay. The food has always been cooked to a consistently high standard.I've been working in different parts of Ipswich off and on for a while, the Ramada Encore's the top of my list when looking for a hotel room in the area.

The rooms are immaculate,the whole hotel is spotless,amazing food,steak was from Jimmys Farm,delicious and good to see a hotel using local produce.The staff were great and very seeicient and friendly.Location is fantastic as I come by train,just 5m walk away.all in all smashing hotel.

Ramada Encore is such a lovely hotel. All the staff are always very welcoming and friendly whether I've attended on business of leisure. Nothing is too much trouble. Even when the reception was unattended for a short while the chef helped me out! The food and surroundings are great too.

I have recently stayed at Ramada Encore in Ipswich, I had the benefit of having a room that overlooked the river. Room was modern, bed comfortable and cleaned immaculately. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay a real pleasure. Thank you.
