SGreat value for money - I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location (near to the town centre and station), friendly and accomodating staff, clean and spacious room with modern fittings along with the BEST breakfast buffet I've ever experienced! What more can I say?!?!
The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms combined withbright and spacious public areas . It was also excellent value for money , breakfast was included and you could pick up a free newspaper. The choice and quality of the breakfast buffet was also very good too.
We recently stayed here for a two night break. Friendly, welcoming staff. Room modern, clean and comfortable. Did not dine in hotel so cannot comment. This is not central hotel; however, it is located close to Ipswich train station and it is only a 15 minute or so walk into town.
"Good: There is always a warm welcome from the staff.It has a very safe and homely feel for a lone female often working away on business. Bad: I have stayed on many occasions the only downside are the rooms that face out onto Ranleagh Road near the railway which sometimes has freight moving through during the night."

we visited our family over the festive season and I must say the staff were marvelous and the service was excellent the rooms very comfortable the food very very good infact I don't think I can say anything bad about this hotel very friendly staff and they cant do enough for you when you stay there

After trying numerous hotels in Ipswich, The Ramada has to be the best of them. The friendly and attentive staff coupled with cleanliness and good food and drink make for a stay of complete relaxation. Highly recommended.

The Ramada is a great hotel, especially for business visits, meetings and functions. We have used them now for almost 2 years, and they really do look after us. Hotel position is perfect for the town centre, but they have their own great bar which is a great place to "hang out". Decor is tastefully contemporary, everything is clean, and the food is perfectly adequate.
Staff where freindly and polite food was excellent our price included breakfast which was a bonus very comfortable room would of liked more tea and coffee in the room as i drink quite a bit but where accomadating on this fact and kept re stocking them very warm welcome would recommend to anyone as not fair from town and train station.
