I have been riding motorcycles for over thirty years and Orwell Mototorcycles are the best dealership I know. All the staff are friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Their service department is the best I know, I have always been able to see and feel the difference when my bikes come back from service or repair and I trust their technicians with my GSX1250, if Orwells did not sell Suzukis I would probably not have bought one. It was my trust in Orwell Motorcycles and their staff that persuaded me to buy Suzuki.

My husband and I have been dealing with Orwells for the last four years and have never had anything other than the most excellent service from them. When we bought our motorcycles they were efficient and now that my husband is fully into his hobby of doing bikes up from scratch they source parts for him at a reasonable price and if they don't have the part they do their utmost to get it as quickly as they can. The parts department are a credit to their company and always have a smile and a hello no matter how stressed they appear!!! Mark in the workshop is also an asset. What I loved is that as a female biker he explained things in such a way that even a dodo like me could understand. Well done you guys.
