Novotel Hotel - Ipswich Centre Testimonials

My Daughter was married at Issacs on Friday 9/9/11 and then had her reception at the Novotel. I can't express enough how fantastic the staff were, they were very attentive and nothing was to much trouble, The food for her wedding breakfast was excellent along with the evening buffet.
The girls who set up for the actual wedding were very experienced and the room looked superb, they done everything that was asked by my daughter and more.
The rooms were a good size and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. As we had the reception at the hotel we got discount on the prices of the rooms which was an added bonus.
My only criticism is that the drinks were fairly expensive and that by the end of the night in the bar area a few of our favourite drinks had run dry!!!! mind you this was at about 3am so maybe this criticism is a tad harsh.
There is not really anywhere to have photographs at the hotel but you do have the docks which are only a 5 minute walk away, we also arranged for my daughter to go to Chantry park for extra photos.
If you are debating having you reception here you wont be dissapointed the staff were fantastic.

Very good hotel very central to town centre, cinema and Ipswich Town Football Club. There must be at least 2dozen restaurants within a five minute walk. The hotel is kept immaculately clean with good comfortable rooms. The staff are also very friendly toward guests. It is a typical weekday business hotel with families filling it up at weekends. My only complaint is the prices on the Dinner menu. With so much choice nearby, I would have thought the prices would have been more attractive.

Have stayed in this hotel several times now, very central for town centre and Portman Road Football club.our room was very spacious and clean with lovely bathroom and power shower. excellent breakfast in the morning just what you need to start the day very good value for money
