At Martlesham Leisure we are open until 11pm, six nights a week and 8pm on Saturdays.

So you can work out, or just take a leisurely swim before or after work, or during the day.

Our full class programme ranges from Steady Step & Tone, through to Yoga and Pilates.

And for Gold and Silver members, these classes are FREE

We have the complete package, with company memberships available by negotiation
