Whether you are under the scrutiny of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), or the Royal College of Nursing (CQC) we can deliver accredited training, to heighten awareness, and reduce workplace injuries and protracted absences.
Our courses
Manual Handling Trainer - £250 per person or £1200 per course
Minimum on course: 6 persons
Maximum on course: 12 persons
This is a 3 day training course to train individuals in the basic requirements to carry out manual handling risk assessments and train persons to be competent in manual handling techniques.
We will conduct training at your location for a maximum of 12 persons or hire suitable facilities in your area.
Students will at the end of this course have the ability to conduct training sessions in your workplace, all training notes and presentations will be included.
The course is a training package which includes a practical training session by students on teaching and delivering a training session. Please call for details on training.
Handling and Moving Trainer - £250 per person or £1200 per course
Minimum on course: 6 persons
Maximum on course: 10 persons
A 3 day training course to train individuals in the basic requirements to carry out handling and moving, risk assessments and train persons to be competent in handling techniques in accordance with RCN guidelines.
We will conduct training at your location for a maximum of 10 persons or hire suitable facilities in your area.
Students will at the end of this course have the ability to conduct training sessions in your workplace, all training notes and presentations will be included.
The course is a training package which includes a practical training session by students on teaching and delivering a training session. Please call for details on training.
Manual Handling Training (Inanimate Objects) - £250
Maximum on course: 16 persons
A half day training course to train individuals in the basic requirements to carry out visual manual handling risk assessments and to train persons to be competent in manual handling techniques.
We will conduct training at your location for a maximum of 16 persons (The course is a 3 hour training package to HSE requirements which includes a practical training session by students) Students must be physically able to carry out manual handling techniques.
Handling and Moving of People Training - £400
Maximum on course: 10 persons
This is a 5-6 hour training course to train individuals in the basic requirements to carry out Moving and Handling of People in the care industry, the course may be carried out on site at your own premises.
Alternatively we can conduct training at our location for a maximum of 10 persons, there will be an additional charge for hire of facilities (The course is a 5-6 hour training package to RCN requirements which includes a practical training session with students) Students must be physically able to carry out manual handling.
Handling and Moving of People Refresher Training - £250
Maximum on course: 10 persons
A 2-3 hour training course to refresh individuals in the basic requirements to carry out Moving and Handling of People in the care industry, the course may be carried out on site at your own premises.
Alternatively we can conduct training at our location for a maximum of 10 persons, there will be an additional charge for hire of facilities (The course is a 2-3 hour training package to RCN requirements which includes a practical training session with students) Students must be physically able to carry out manual handling.
