Just wanted to say that the way you did the Manual Handling training was not only entertaining but an eye opener. Your approach to the back bone was very informative and how it controls other parts of the body. Instead of preaching the do's and don'ts you demonstrated the what could happen and then said your pain not mine which is hoped will bring it home more than just telling us to stop doing it, well done Jim. No doubt this is one you have done more time than hot dinners but you still give it full power!
H and S can be a misguided dull subject but you carry it off well.

Jim did a First Aid Appointed Person and Emergency Responder one day seminar at HoneyGrove Holistics. Jim is an expert in this field and imparted his knowledge in a most professional manner. The day was enjoyed by all the course participants. Anyone can take this course, and the certificate is valid for a year.

Anyone who works with others, would benefit from this course. The confidence gained by just knowing what to do in an emergency can be a life saver.
