I joined to become fit enough so that I could ride a Harley Davidson down route 66 and enjoy the trip. I did not have high expectations or expect to lose weight, but I did. After 19 months I had lost 8 stone 9pounds, and I have more energy, confidence and a whole new wardrobe.

The staff at Ipswich have been great, encouraging me and changing my programme every few weeks to help me maintain my weight loss. Everyone at the gym is really friendly which makes it a nice place to go.

I have been a member of Gymophobics Ipswich for just over 3 years. I have always found the staff very
friendly and approachable, and they always offer support and advice when needed.

Combined with an improved diet, Gymophobics has assisted me with considerable weight and inch loss,
and I would definitely recommend as a great toning exercise. I enjoy the gym with its friendly and relaxed
atmosphere where all the staff know you by name.

I had my induction in June 2009 and by my first re-assessment I had lost 7Ibs, but more importantly 11.5
inches. I have to confess that I have not exactly been 100% good when it comes to what i've been eating,
but knowing i have lost weight has encouraged me to do better. I feel better in myself and am less tired
and irritable now which has pleased a lot of people.

Everyone here is lovely which is another reason why I will keep coming back.

It was the best decision I made when I decided to join Gymophobics. It has been a great challenge, but
have enjoyed my visits and the bonus is losing such a lot of weight in such a short time. I feel fitter, I breate
better and look trimmer.
Thanks to all the time and effort put in by the staff who are so nice and friendly and caring, I look forward to
my visits each week and long may they last.
