FYNN Valley Golf Club and The Valley Restaurant are set in a picturesque river valley two miles north of Ipswich.
Opened in 1991, Fynn Valley Golf Club is now recognised by many in Ipswich, Suffolk and East Anglia, as an excellent test of golf for the high, medium or low-handicap golfer.

Our 18-hole course
An 18-hole, 6,310 yard par 70 golf course, Fynn Valley Golf Club, Ipswich, is always maintained to the highest standard. An undulating parkland course with contoured and sloping greens, it provides a test of golf for all abilities. Trolley and buggy hire are available, with the golf course being very free draining and rarely closed in wet weather.
There is a strict dress code, although a handicap certificate is not necessary, and pay and play is available.
Our nine-hole course
Fynn Valley Golf Club are very proud to offer beginners, juniors, or more experienced golfers looking to improve their short game, an excellent nine-hole golf course, each hole a par three.
Club hire available, no dress code, just turn up and enjoy.
Golf range
High quality golf range balls and an undercover, floodlit practice area, make this one of the most popular golf ranges in Suffolk. Next to the golf range is an 18-hole practice green and a large bunker. Tuition is available from our five golf professionals, including evenings and weekends. Weekly junior golf clinics for ages 7-16, all abilities welcome.
The Valley Restaurant
Set in a converted Edwardian barn, with spectacular views across the golf course, our a la carte restaurant here at Fynn Valley, Ipswich, is open to all visitors, whether using the golf facilities or not.
Lunch is served Tuesday-Sunday, from 12 noon until 2.30pm and evening meals Tuesday-Sunday, from 6.30pm-9.30pm.
Ideal for large functions such as weddings, receptions or corporate dinners, but also intimate enough for small parties, or meals for two.
Sunday lunch is excellent value at £13.95 for three courses.
The Courtyard Bar
The cosy Courtyard Bar offers more informal a la carte dining, bar snacks always available
The Conference Room
Purpose-designed conference room caters for up to 40 delegates in air-conditioned, well-equipped surroundings.
Societies and corporate days
Groups of golfers from 12 to 120 are welcome, with a tailor-made format to suit you.
