I also attended a "get the most from Act" course run by Elene; learnt loads. Very knowledgeable can highly recommend her. Notice now that you can do the training via CD so saving on travelling time.

I've attended 2 training workshops with Elene, one for ACT, the other for Swiftpage and I cannot praise her highly enough. On both occasions the training was first rate: Elene is brilliantly prepared,the material clearly presented and information delivered at an appropriate pace. Part of Elene's skill is that when training a group of people each with different levels of experience of a product, each individual attendee leaves the session feeling they have had her individual attention and coaching, and that she has met their every need. An additional benefit is the takeaway handout/CD detailing everything learnt on the day, so handy for the few weeks following the course when memory alone may occasionally fail! I had been thinking about buying ACT software for over 12 months now, whilst in the process of watching the top of my desk disappear under boxes and boxes of business cards and post it notes that I had collected from the many networking functions that I had attended, with the intent to, one stay in contact with that person and two market them, which was the whole point of collecting their card to start with. Having finally purchased ACT and Swiftpage through Elene herself, she then came down and installed the software for us, plus gave us a days training, we are now not only retrieving my workspace from under the boxes of cards, but also making contact with and most importantly doing business with, our customer data base. Why oh why I keep asking myself did we not get Elene in 12 months ago, she was brilliant and within the day we were marketing and managing our contacts, we would highly recommend Elene to anybody thinking of doing the same.

Elene made the training clear; covering all the basics we needed to know, but specifically covering each of our specific needs & requirements, by giving some general then some individual tuition.
